Kelli Hess is the founder of Peace to the People—a hub of inspiration for mind, body, and business.

As an artist, writer, and entrepreneur—yoga, mindfulness, and meditation have enhanced Kelli's passion professionally as a webmaster, social media manager, content curator, blogger, and digital marketing specialist.

In love with Marie Forleo's term—"multi-passionate entrepreneur"—Kelli adores watching students, clients, and colleagues embrace their many complementary strengths and skill sets—putting theories of nonduality, self-inquiry, and wholeness into implemented practice.

Kelli teaches the power of awareness and consciousness: self-love, self-care, and mindfulness—to benefit any and all endeavors.

A lifelong musician, Kelli is a former first chair percussionist, pianist, and head drummer—winning the Semper Fidelis Award for Musical Excellence the year she left home to start art school.

Kelli adores incorporating principles of rhythm, tempo, and intentional musicality into her work in all fields—whether its leading a smoothly flowing yoga class, a powerful indoor cycling class, or teaching clients how to create social media platforms driven by consistency, patterns, and thoughtful accents.

She owes much of her breadth to being a nerdy and enthusiastic Arts Scholars student at The Ohio State University—her beloved, massive, and ever-so-interconnected hub of knowledge and alma mater: O-H!

A lover of people and thus, portraits—Kelli studied photography and received a minor in Studio Art.

A lover of books and thus, stories—Kelli studied creative writing and received another minor in English.

A lover of humanity and thus, sociology—Kelli ultimately received her B.A. in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies—(of all things! 😜)—with a concentration in Narrative, Culture, and Representation.

Kelli is a RYT® 500, E-RYT® 200 yoga and mindfulness teacher certified in vinyasa, meditation, prenatal yoga, and iRest Yoga Nidra® Level 1 + 2.

She is also a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP®), which recognizes her as an expert in one or more of Yoga Alliance's Educational Categories.

Kelli teaches weekly yoga and meditation classes for private clients, corporate wellness programs, and at a wide array of boutique gyms, athletic clubs, country clubs, and yoga studios in Columbus, Ohio.

Along with teaching mindfulness, Kelli also teaches small business owners and creative professionals the skill sets needed to better brand their businesses—how to implement effective social media strategies, create streamlined systems, and embrace the versatility, flexibility, and discipline required for fellow entrepreneurs on the path to manifesting their wildest dreams.

Stay tuned for many online classes, courses, and workshops coming soon on a wide array of topics: from self-love and self-care to tips for fostering sustainable creativity in business.
