Peace to the People seeks to share simple and practical techniques to discover inner peace and resiliency.

We believe yoga, mindfulness, and meditation should be accessible to everyone—affordable and straightforward enough to encourage people of all backgrounds to live a harmonious, prosperous, and well-balanced life.

My name is Kelli Schaffter and I am an E-RYT 200 (Experienced 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher) currently wrapping up my RYT 500 certification in Columbus, Ohio.

Yoga, mindfulness, and meditation are my three great passions.

 Along with these core practices, I also adore cycling, isometric exercises, and strength training classes that inspire a sense of both inner calm and resiliency.

Intended for people seeking deep relaxation in both mind and body. Yin Yoga emphasizes stretching deeper connective tissue by holding restorative yoga postures for 3 - 5 minutes at a time.

These effortless classes are the perfect way to unwind accumulated stress and tension. Serving as slow-moving meditations, they also offer techniques to reach a state of mental and emotional calm and wellbeing.

Ranging from 30 - 60 minutes, enjoy an ever-growing library of classes ideal for resting, restoring, and replenishing a deep well of perseverance and peace.

Ranging levels of classes welcome complete beginners as well as fairly advanced postures for more experienced yogis.

The quick and invigorating classes offer challenge and intensity along with deep stretching and relaxing restorative poses.
